Rome Shopping Haul.

Hello Everybody!!

I hope your are all enjoying this beautiful day!

I want to say a little something before we get started; I want to say, best of luck to all Junior Cert and Leaving Cert students beginning their exams today, especially to my brainy sister Ráichéal, all you can do is your best! I didn't get the points I wanted in my leaving cert and to this day I am so grateful for that, If I got the points I wanted I would have never found my love for the Italian Language. Sometimes if you fall off your desired road it's because there is a better path for you. Everything happens for a reason! :)

I want to share some bits I got in Rome recently. I'm home just over a week now so I'm suffering from extreme withdrawal symptoms! It was only a 4 day trip but as usual I loved every second of it!
So I want to show you all what I purchased and a few little presents I received too. :) Details Below!

Top:H&M (Rome)
Shorts: Zara (Rome)
Belt: Pennys/Primark (Galway)
Shoes: Newlook (Galway)

I decided to add a few of my own pieces to create a full look. In my 'Afternoon Tea' post these Zara shorts can be seen with another type of outfit. They are very classy and they fit so well! The New Look Brogues are absolutely ancient but they still seem like new! Another great buy! This outfit is completely girlie yet classy and can be worn for many occasions.

Shirt: Pennys/Primark (Galway)
Bag: Newlook (Galway)
Crochet shorts: H&M (Rome)
Sandals: Pennys/ Primark (Galway)
In this look I only got these extremely comfortable crochet black shorts in Rome. I added a few other pieces to create this look. This pink shirt from Pennys is quite old but very light for those summer days, and I know that Pennys always do shirts like this so not to worry you will find one in there! The Newlook Bag is the best handbag I have ever bought, it sits so well on my shoulder and the design is beautifully unusual. These dark salmon pink and sandy brown sandals from Pennys are extremely comfortable and they are a new purchase of mine! Overall this look is perfect for those summer evenings. :)

Kiko:
Primer- Skin Tone Corrector (Peach)
Lipstick- Velvet Mat (no.602)

One thing about Kiko Makeup is that the smell is so amazing! This primer smells so good and feels so light on my skin. (I'll do a makeup look soon on these products). The Velvet Mat lipstick is possibly one of the best lipsticks I have worn and it matches my lips perfectly. It says its a matte lipstick but it doesn't dry out your lips, it keeps a moist element to it which is what every girl needs!

Make up Forever: HD Foundation (N115)
Lancome Paris: Teint Miracle Concealer Pen (01)

These two were bought in Sephora by my Boyfriend as part of my birthday present. As you can see I chose nearly the lightest colour foundation and concealer because of my pale Irish skin, but I can say that they match my skin tone perfectly! (Again I will do a post on this soon).

Here is a peak of beautiful Rome:

Castel Sant'Angelo. One of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen!
